Office Notice:
Plymouth County Primary Care will be closed on Fridays, with limited appointment availability by request. Please call the office or use the patient portal with any scheduling questions.
Regular office hours are Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. The office is closed Fridays, although a limited number of Friday appointments may be available by request. Call 781-755-8715 or use the patient portal with scheduling questions.

Office Notice: Labor Day
Plymouth County Primary Care will be closed Friday, September 4th through Tuesday, September 8th for Labor Day weekend. We will reopen Wednesday, September 9th during normal business hours. Please use the patient portal for non-urgent messages or scheduling questions.
